CAPCS Benefits Plan

CAPCS believes that a good benefits program is a solid investment in its employees and is committed to offering comprehensive benefits to eligible employees. In addition to traditional benefits, CAPCS is committed to the professional development of its employees and supports efforts to expand skills and capacities. Our benefits program is reviewed each year and modified as necessary.

Full-time regular employees may enroll in all the benefits offered as soon as they meet eligibility requirements. Coverage is available to the employee and dependents.

Part-time regular or hourly employees are eligible only for those benefits required by law, provided minimum requirements as defined in law are met.
