UPCOMING EVENTS

November 1st Mini Walks for the Homeless (all campuses)
The CAPCS Annual Mini Walks for the Homeless to benefit N Street Village will be taking place on November 1st at each of our four campuses. The walk is FREE for our students! Registration fees for adults are $25 (includes a "Walk for the Homeless" t-shirt). All waivers are due October 22nd in order for the t-shrits to arrive on time.

For each walker that CAPCS has registered, a donation is made to N Street Village to benefit homeless and low-income women in Washington, DC. If we can get 1,000 walkers, a donation of $25,000 will be made to N Street Village on behalf of CAPCS' efforts to help the community.

We need adult chaperones! If you are not already helping out a class for the mini walk and would like to help chaperone, please email me at community@capcs.org to volunteer. If you would like to make a donation to help raise money for our walk and N Street Village, please make your check out to "Help the Homeless" and send it to my mailbox at the Amos Elementary campus.
