ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Kids House is the before-
and after-school childcare program at CAPCS. It provides supervised homework assistance and other activities designed to promote self-esteem development and non-violent action among children. Kids House kids are engaged through
modern dance, marital arts, arts and crafts, music, supervised outdoor play, and field trips. Kids HOuse seeks to enrich the life of each child in a whilesome and family-friendly setting.
Our objectives are:
- To provide a safe environment for children during non-school hours
- To provide activitis taht enhance the educational, social, and spirtual development of children
- To promote positive and active community involvement
- To establish a link between the classroom and the child
- To promote parental involvmenet in all of its activities
KIDS KIT
CAPCS Kids House has a
curriculum specially created to help our students explore the world and their place in it. The Kids Kit is designed to move students from the microcosm of their own families to the macrocosm of the universe. It is written to
motivate students and encourage them to develop the skills and vision needed for the changing world.
HOURS
Regular School Day Schedule (Monday - Friday)
Before-School Program: 6:30am - 8:00am
After-School Program: 3:45pm - 6:30pm
Half-Day Schedule
12:00pm - 6:30pm
School Closing for Staff Development and/or Parent-Teacher Conferences
8:30am - 6:00pm
School Closing for Inclement Weather, Holidays, or Scheduled School Breaks

FEES
$300 monthly fee per child*
*Those indviduals with more than one child in the program pay only an additional $125 monthly fee per child
ELIGIBILITY
Kids House serves all children in grades Pre-K through 6th grade. Children are grouped by age and grade level.
