Thank you for your interest in pursuing an education for your student at Community Academy Public Charter School. Our charter school serves students in grades Preschool through 8th residing in all wards of Washington, DC.

To begin our enrollment process, please follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1) Download the paper application. (En Espanol)

Step 2) Fill out the application and accompanying documents completely and accurately. Attach any requested documents to the application. This should include yoruc hild's IEP (Individual Education Plan), if they require any special needs.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
  * Enrollment Application (Early Childhood; Elementary; Middle School)
  * Student's Birth Certificate
  * Student's Social Security Card
  * Proof of D.C. Residency
  * Demographic Information Survey
  * Health History Form
  * Copy of IEP report (if applicable)
  * Copy of last report card (if transferring from another school)

Step 3) Turn in the application, along with any required documents, to the appropriate campus' Office Manager.
